Profile Wrapping

We recently started to produce 0.30mm PVC and ABS Foils for Profile Wrapping purpose. The max. width is 390mm ( most probably wider would be better but this is the width that we will be able to supply for the moment ) and design cylinders are totally different than edgebanding design cylinders. Unlike the edgebanding designs the foil designs are WIDER copy of the melamine boards.
The whole embossing range that is available for edging production can also be used for all wrapping foil designs.
Getting the wrapping foil and the edging from the same supplier gives huge confidence to the furniture manufacturer without having to look for another supplier for the 2nd product.
Here are some designs that are developed for wrapping foil purpose:

Laminated Foils & Edges

Did you know that Mobelkant is able to laminate ANY kind of PVC to PVC or PVC to ABS in its own factory ? For the moment there are 2 types of laminated product is being served by Mobelkant to the markets:

1. Mobelkant imports the Gold&Silver&Copper Mirror product from outside of Turkey as PVC sheets and laminate onto its own PVC and/or ABS material. Can be supplied as either wrapping foil or edgebanding.

2. Mobelkant clients who has consumption of High Gloss or Super Matt panels, supply the foil to Mobelkant to be laminated in Mobelkant factory to be consumed as EDGEBANDING. This solution gives them the perfect edge that is matching %100 with the surface foil because it is exactly same product. Mobelkant is only responsible of finding good base color and strong lamination, not color matching.

SCREW COVERS:

Serving screw covers is not our core business but as long as there is an order of 0.40mm or 0.45mm edgebanding in production plan we can supply the SAME decor as screw cover and it is great advantage for furniture manufacturer since he does not need to go somewhere else to find matching cover. Thinking that there is great effort of color matching for edge banding, there is no reason not to take an advantage of these efforts.
